We’re thrilled to welcome longtime Salesforce leader Dan Darcy to our executive team.
Today is an exciting day and an important milestone in the evolution of our business. I’m thrilled to welcome my longtime colleague, former Salesforce executive Dan Darcy to the Qualified team as our first Chief Customer Officer (CCO). Dan is joining Qualified amidst the backdrop of incredible company growth and momentum, and I couldn't be more excited to welcome him and congratulate him on his new role.
Dan joins us from Salesforce, where he spent 13 years championing customers and product innovation. As Salesforce rose to $20B in revenue, Dan was a key player at the company. He most recently held the position of SVP of sales and partner enablement. Previously, he served as SVP of product design. Before that, he was Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff’s right-hand man and Head of Customer Visions, where he championed the voice of Salesforce customers, Salesforce Customer360, and took center stage at awe-inspiring events, including Dreamforce, and the Salesforce World Tour.
Dan deeply understands the needs of Salesforce customers and he’ll bring an important sense of Salesforce Ohana – the community that extends to its customers, partners, and employees – to Qualified. Salesforce runs deep in Dan’s DNA, and he truly embodies what it means to be a “Trailblazer.” His passion lies in helping customers use Salesforce technology to power business transformation.
In Dan’s new role as CCO, he’ll oversee Qualified’s customer excellence program, including our customer success and support initiatives. Here at Qualified, trusted customer success is our #1 company value. We’ll “do whatever it takes” to make you, our customers, successful. That’s why we’ve built out an inhouse team of Salesforce-certified experts that are hands-on at every part of the customer journey, from onboarding, to implementation, to strategy sessions. Our customer team is always on, and we believe that only when our customers win, do we win.
It’s been a true career highlight seeing our customers like Adobe, Bitly, SurveyMonkey, ThoughtSpot and VMWare succeed on the Qualified platform. I couldn’t be more excited to have Dan at the helm of our customer excellence organization!
"I'm incredibly excited to join the Qualified team in leading a transformation in the way B2B companies meet with their buyers,” says Dan. “The world has gone digital, and the corporate website is no longer just for marketing. It's now the place for inside sales teams to meet with target buyers at the exact moment that they're ready to engage in a sales conversation. I’ve seen a lot of technology, and I firmly believe that this is a silver bullet for companies that run on Salesforce. I’m thrilled to be joining this rocketship.”
Welcome aboard, Dan 🚀
