Conversation routing ensures the right website visitor is connected to the right sales rep for a real-time conversation. However, if a visitor does not match your custom routing criteria, a round-robin routing rule may be triggered. This means sales reps in the queue can quickly pick up a conversation and start chatting. With this new feature, you can see which sales rep is selected for round robin in the routing tooltip within the messenger timeline. We’ve given the Qualified meeting booker a much-anticipated makeover. Historically, customers had one option when it came to the design of meeting links and the meeting pop-up modal. With this new feature, you now have more control over the look-and-feel with style choices that match your brand. Plus, the meeting booker modal is now horizontal for a better end user experience. Meeting Type Booking Limits
Your sales team’s time is valuable, so it’s crucial they focus on the meetings that matter most. With this new feature, website visitors can only book one meeting per meeting type to prevent spam meetings from being scheduled with your sales reps. If they try to book multiple meetings for the same meeting type, they will be prompted to reschedule. This way, your sales reps only have meetings booked with their best buyers.
In-Person Meeting Type: Time Zone & Availability Override
In-person meetings have different requirements than those that are virtual; specifically, participants may travel to a location or a meeting may only occur during select dates. This feature allows meeting types to be configured in a specific time zone and time frame to adhere to these parameters. For example, meetings held during Dreamforce may only be scheduled from 9am-3pm PST between Sept. 17-19. With this feature, visitors flying to San Francisco from the east coast can schedule a meeting in the time zone where the meeting will take place.
Meetings Settings Tab
To help scale and simplify meetings setup, we’ve added a new settings tab in the Qualified application called “Meeting Settings.” As of now, you can make edits here for meeting exclusion dates with more functionality coming soon. Please note, this functionality has moved from the Business Hours tab to the Meetings Settings tab.
Performance Enhancements
We’ve made significant enhancements to improve meeting scheduling performance. Most noticeably, the button spinner no longer takes over the entire webpage when presenting the meeting booker; instead, it’s only shown within the Smart Button. This improves the user experience as it’s less invasive. We’ve also improved load times to be 25x faster for our calendar sync, which means available meeting slots will be shown much quicker after routing is complete.

Dashboard Sharing
Understanding pipeline performance is crucial; not just for you, but your entire organization. This new feature simplifies dashboard sharing with a single link so anyone in your organization can access these valuable insights even if they’re not a Qualified user.
