We’re excited to announce that the original Salesforce Trailblazer, Sarah Franklin, is joining the Qualified family.
Today we’re excited to announce that Sarah Franklin, Chief Marketing Officer of Salesforce, has joined the Qualified Team as a Board of Directors Observer. In her role, Sarah will bring a unique perspective that amplifies the needs of Salesforce customers and B2B marketing leaders around the world.
Sarah brings more than 13 years of experience as a leader and senior executive at Salesforce. During her tenure with the company, Salesforce has grown from $1 billion in revenue to more than $20 billion today.
In her early days at Salesforce, she was a champion of developers and companies around the world that were building innovative products (like Qualified!) on the Salesforce platform. Sarah went on to serve as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Salesforce Platform and Trailhead. In fact, Sarah was the visionary leader and creator of Trailhead, the breakthrough online learning platform and unstoppable industry movement that has helped millions of Trailblazers around the world learn new skills and grow their careers with Salesforce technology.
Earlier this year, Sarah was appointed as Salesforce’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she now leads the team of world-class marketers that brings the Salesforce vision to life. She is a champion of equality and is fueled by her passion for equality for women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers. Sarah is engaged with Girls Who Code and is working to help close the gender gap within STEM.
As Qualified enters its next chapter, Sarah brings the perfect blend of skills. She is an inspiring leader with Salesforce expertise, technical knowledge, business acumen, and marketing prowess in emerging technologies. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sarah for over a decade, and I am constantly amazed by her leadership, vision, and undeniable enthusiasm. She has the ability to make big dreams come true.
“What fires me up is innovation! B2B websites have been operating the same way for over a decade, and there’s so much untapped potential and missed selling opportunity. Qualified’s conversational sales and marketing platform perfectly aligns with Salesforce’s mission to bring customers and companies closer together–in an entirely new way. Because Qualified is purpose-built for Salesforce customers and runs on the Salesforce Platform, we will bring an immense amount of value to Trailblazers around the world. I am thrilled to join as a Board of Directors Observer and to be a part of the team.” - Sarah Franklin, Salesforce CMO
This welcome addition only helps strengthen our ties to the Salesforce Ohana – the community of customers, developers, and partners succeeding with Salesforce. With Sarah as a Board of Directors Observer, Salesforce Ventures’ funding in place, and our growing partnership, together we will do incredible things.
We’re thrilled to work with you Sarah, welcome aboard!
