We're software makers from San Francisco who have been building, marketing, and selling CRM business applications for more than 20 years.  Our founding team met while working together at Salesforce in 2006 where we spent nearly a decade together creating some of the most innovative cloud computing technologies.  At Salesforce we were part of the team that built powerhouse applications like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Chatter.  And in 2013 we left Salesforce to create a CRM-based customer feedback application called GetFeedback, which is currently being used by more than 10,000 businesses globally.  

Over the course of our journey, we’ve run sales and marketing teams at large scale, and we’ve been lucky enough to work with customers large and small on implementing and tweaking their own sales and marketing processes.  If you’re like us and have lived in the world of B2B sales and marketing for any amount of time, you know that things aren’t as simple as they might seem.
